I had my 38 week check up today and am dilated 2cm, 75% effaced, baby is in -2 station. I'm a STM. Last week I was 1cm and 30% effaced. Last week's appointment I was diagnosed with mild pre-eclampsia and told to stop exercising and lifting weights.
