Actiontiles weather not working.
Revoking access tokens will now actually work. The process of resetting access token has been streamlined. It is much more user friendly now. If you are upgrading from version 4.0, just override the code and don’t forget to publish. Then step through preferences and click “Done”, even if you are not changing anything.
This is not an ActionTiles issue, but a Nest not offering local streaming issue. Many may not realize it, but most providers do actually have a monthly data limit (Comcast included). Each camera, at default settings, uploads approximately 120 GB monthly and it appears that the public viewing utilizes about twice this volume of download bandwidth.These features will be removed for everyone, eventually. I have been able to display and update the current sky view from my Bloomsky Weather station / Camera for quite some time within a Media Dashboard tile. I used the custom php script and it is located on a free hosting webserver. I set the update interval to 900 seconds as I think the Bloomsky image updates every 5 minutes or so.
Now that I am “sold” on ActionTiles I need a display. I do not need or want it to do anything other than always having ActionTiles up and running.
