Tonfa would be great because their speed but short range perfectly compliment the Odachi's slow but high range style. Also the dexterity scaling on Tonfas is utter shit so you could probably focus on the other 2 stats and Strength (for the Odachi) instead. Dual swords also work great with Odachi, that's what I ran for like 200 hours.
