We have a similar issue with 2017 Pacifica. Around 10-20 mph, the van shifts hard, randomly. It slams the gear. This is supposed to be a family minivan and we don't feel it's safe at all with my two kids in the van. My wife is so afraid of driving this car. It happens a couple of times a month or sometimes a week.

Personal opinion, it appeared that Chrysler is/was aware of the parts issues, but prefer to deal with it on a case by case basis. Goid luck when contacting customer service, but keep all receipts to file a claim in the future.
