I've only been using a Dexcom G7 for about 12 days. The first sensor gave me an average reading of ~97 over the 10 day period which aligned with what I thought was accurate. The new sensor has been in for 2 days and is giving me an average of 110 with my BG being in the 120s for most of the day.The recording said that my blood sugar was 39. Then the readings stopped. At first the Dexcom app said to wait up to three hours for the app to reconnect. I finally disconnected the Bluetooth connection, then when I got up this morning, I put on a new sensor and reported the issue to Dexcom.
