Every single weapon is "viable" to beat the game with. And the Estoc is one of the better dex weapons in the game it's quick, the range is solid, the crit damage is excellent and it carries buffs very, very well. Things like Power Within and Magic Weapon do wonderfully with the moveset. Used an Estoc with my mage build.
