I was having issues with the Flawless Widescreen and Widescreen fix combo, but this has worked flawlessly so far. EDIT: So far I haven't had any UI issues, nor have I had to tweak the UI. As far as I can tell this is a complete solution for Ultrawide Fallout 4. The Rainbox/PA HUD have been completely revamped and fit 21:9 monitors perfectly.

I might suggest that people copy the ini file to there desktop, so in case they really mess this up, all they need to do is drag and drop the ini copy from desktop back into the Fallout 4 directory and get back to the original settings.

But even at 2560x720 with ~45FPS this game makes a lot of fun in super ultra wide format.
