I did two years as an efy counselor in 2016 and 2017. I believe recently they changed to allow for fsy counselors to be paid. I think they were having trouble getting volunteers. I can’t remember how long it took to hear back. I did a virtual interview and an in-person interview. The experience was wonderful.

FSY is for young men and young women, starting the year they turn 14 and through the year they graduate from high school. Area young single adults serve as youth counselors for the conferences.
