It works great and is rigid where it needs to be, and came highly recommended here. I like how to tail tucks behind the belt so it doesn't get in the way, and the buckle is very low profile. Nextbelt is my favorite. The Kore belts are similar, but the Nextbelt buckle is smaller and thus easier to offset if you are carrying AIWB. If you want something less rigid, but still good for carry I've also been pleased with the belt from Hunter Constantine ( like when wearing shorts in the summer) and the Tenicor Zero belt is nice for a minimalist under belt.
