Dec 31, 2015. 0. Hello, I have a 1999 w900 I've been fighting a intermittent turn signal issue. The turn signal flasher has 3 wires on it, a ground, a hot, then the wire out should be the one that flashes. I have 12 volts going in and when you actuate the signals or hazards it does click like it should but no lights flash on the truck or the dash.
