Pf2 crafting.

At least in PF1 it required a player to use a feat to get crafting, in PF2 it just takes skill increases. Overall I am not a huge fan of crafting one way or another in PF2, but I also don't think it is necessary to have crafting being optimal. I admit I had more fun with PF1 crafting at the same time it was obviously broken.
