There are two little clips on the side of the door holding it on with one 6mm bolt behind each clip remove the clips and the bolts. Now take the 6mm bolt out underneath the panel. now remove the door handle and let it hang.

On the SuperCab, you will need phillips screwdriver, possibly some Torx bits and maybe a flat blade screw driver to pop the switch pad off. Is very simple.
