Baldurs gate 3 dual wield feat.
The dual wielder feat is bad for a dex based character. Being able to off-hand a normal weapon instead of a light weapon means one of your two weapons get +1 damage on average. You also get +1 AC. Or, you could just take a dex ASI which will also get you that AC, +1 damage to both weapons instead of just one, and then a whole lot more.
Most people tend to go for +2 dex at level 4, opting for this over the dual wielder feat. I believe the usual reasoning for this choice is based on assuming that the main benefit of dual wielder is giving you access to rapiers over short swords, giving you +1 damage and +1 a/c. 21 damage times 3 attacks is 63 damage or 84 if GWF triggers for an additional attack. With Haste its 126 damage or 147 if Greater Weapon Fighting triggers.
