I too have dry skin, am pale, and like full coverage foundation. My current favorite foundation is Covergirl 3 in 1. I have repurchased this a few times over. It has nice coverage, I would say medium to full. I do like Revlon's Colorstay foundation, but I prefer the whipped formulation better than the liquid for normal/dry.
