This in my opinion is the best. 200+ reach can be couched, used two handed or one handed. Two handed it's actually a beast swinging side to side. Was surprised at how well it kills swinging. One shot kills. It's a very versatile weapon. There is also bladed polearm that might be just as good, not sure it can be couched though.tl;dr - Make weapons that sell for ~100k since the max value of weapons is hardcapped, try to use cheap recipes. Should probably also make sure your curious smither/smelter is doing the smithing/smelting. It's gonna be pretty slow either way, but probably smithing over smelting. (Iirc, smelting gives 1/5 the XP … Mounted: With the long awlpike on cav you can one hit most troops in the game. (If you hit them in the head.) The true best smithing weapon for sale is a Two Handed Polearm that sells around ~30k and is cheap as hell to make (2 steel, 1 wood, 1 charcoal).
