Yeah it has a weird issue which locks it at 20 fps. If you want to run it at 30 you would need to download a mod called static 30 fps from their discord channel. Just search there and it will show up. This mod works only on versiom 1.6.0 of the game. This should give you the chance to run it @30fps if you have decent hardware.
