Comcast pixelation problems 2023.
My Comcast hasn't been the same since they advertised they were upgrading my service for 10G experience starting 8/25/23. So far, upgrade has resulted in experiencing constant pixelation problems live and DVR, swapped both boxes, little difference.
The new X1 4K tv box (XG1v4-A) solved the problem with the cloud dvr playback issues. Previous recordings and new recordings are now playing back fine with no pixelization problems. Remove the end of the power cable connected to your TV box. Leave the coaxial cable plugged into the TV box. Next, disconnect the coaxial cable from the splitter and put the splitter out of the picture. Then plug the loose end of the coaxial cable directly into the wall outlet. Make sure it is as tight as can be.
