The 30S has the SF frame. The SF, regular and Gen4 frames are the same width. The grip, front to back, is shorter on the SF and Gen4 models than on the regular G30. Glock should just make the SF models the standard now. There really isn't any point in having the current standard frame anymore.

I find that the 21 has a little heavier trigger pull than the 30, which may be a characteristic of this gun only. However, I find them both about equally accurate. The width difference is not much a G30 is 1.28 inches and a G36 is 1.10 inches. With a G30 having 10+1 verse 6+1 plus with a G30 my spare mag is a 13 round G21 mag.
