Yep! 3cm and 80% effaced from 36 weeks to when I was induced at 39+6. It's nice to be dilated that way if you do get induced you shouldn't need cervical ripener. Other than that, dilation doesn't mean much. I was sitting at 3cm for 4 weeks. Others are 1cm and go into labor that night. It varies by a lot. Thanks for this!
Gestation is between 38-42 weeks, sometimes dates are wrong as well. Babies can come anytime between 38-42 and be perfectly healthy and well!
