The local gun shop has a 3rd Generation SAA with a 4 3/4 inch barrel in .45LC. The finish is blued and approx. 99% with no cylinder ring. The grips are black plastic with the eagle. What is a ballpark figure for the value? They are asking $1100 for it. TIA

Long story short-My wife gave me a 3rd gen (1992) SAA for Christmas this year. The gun is in overall good condition with some cosmetic blemishes. The main issue is that the eagle grips on the gun are not original to it. The grips are colt but the grip to frame fit is bad.
