The Edelbrock camshaft ( #7102 ) will have a idle vacuum of around 11", and make around 420 HP. The important aspect is the idle vacuum. Yes #3514 will match the camshaft.

The previous owner installed a Pete Jackson gear drive and used the 2 degree retard insert for some reason. What should the result be by using the 2 degree retard versus being set a 0 degree.
