Harman pellet stove 6 blinks.

Took out new ESP probe and put old one back in. As soon as it was powered on with the new ESP probe status light would go into 3 blinks continuously. With the old ESP probe it would not do this. FYI, the combustion blower speed is NOT controlled by the ESP and is not variable. It's either running or it isn't. A 6 blink status is incomplete combustion and I would be looking at a venting issue. Sounds like an issue with the ESP probe. Remove, clean with fine steel wool until shiny, replace. When you tighten the screw, be sure it is in firmly. Also, check the plate under the burn pot to make sure it is seated properly. Check the fines box cover for proper seating and tightness.
