Litter robot yellow light.
My litter robot II 's yellow light is rapidly flashing and the motor is turning the wheel slowly in a jagged fashion. The HES 's white stripe is facing outwards. I don't know how to tell if maybe it is damaged or not. The power supply is 15v and I verified its output with a voltmeter.

The yellow light has remained on (not flashing) and it does not respond to any activity anymore. We have taken apart all the pieces and made sure they are clean. We unplugged it for a few hours but as soon as it's turned on again, the yellow light reappears. It does not respond to the reset, empty or power button either.
