At one point during the mission chain i spent ages looking in the high grass for a track as the next one along on the ice wasn't triggering it to move along. There is some problem with cloud sync on Medved Taiga map with my save. Basically whenever I restart Steam, it resyncs with the cloud and reset all my outposts and discovered outlook points.
