It doesnt depend, its fixed. The first temples spawns at 1:30 if my team grabs and holds it it takes around 35 sec to clear. The ingame time would be 2:05. After that it takes 2 minutes for the next temple to spawn which would be at 4:05. So you should just add 2 minutes after the last shot to find the right timing.
