They used to be called "Foreman Rubicon", but I think Honda just calls the newer models "Rubicon". Definately shouldn't be wet (sign of plug fouling). As for the filter. Relieve the fuel pressure. 2. Unhook the fuel lines from the filter. 3. Replace the filter. 4. Hook it all back up. The filter is located directly under the four circuit breakers that look like fuses. Though you don't have to, I find it easier to get to it if I remove the front plastics, especially the first time.

Hi! 2002 Honda Foreman TRX 400. I'm having a flooding issue! What seems like a PCV line, coming back to the airbox, is pumping dirty (oil filled) gas into the air box. Not sure if it is a PCV hose, or something else, but it pumps fuel or fuel oil mixture into the air box quite rapidly. Im not sure what's causing this.
