How to fix clicking noise in chevy impala.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair. im pretty sure it has something to do with the blower motor. there is thicking noise that comes on when i start the car,sometimes im not even near the car and its ticking right behind the dash any ideas.I have a 2010 3.9L 9C1 Police Package Impala and it will not start via key. When I turn the key the fuel pump primes the system all lights that should come on do. (no security light). I get a single click from inside fusebox and then all power on the Dashboard goes dead. I have replaced all the relays and fuse in the starting systems.Ticking/Knocking Noise. I notice a couple days a go a slight ticking noise coming from the bay (09 Impala LT 3.5L). Disconnected batt.,waited a minute or two reconnected, started engine let run for 1 & 1/2 minutes, switched off for 20 seconds, then started again.....no help still no defrost.
