hiyaCFW won't really help, I just say get it because you can install forwarders to your favourite DS games directly on the DSi Menu. It's a workaround, to be exact. Nothing will make system apps appear on TWiLight Menu, but hiyaCFW can make a maximum of 39 of your favourite NDS games on your DSi Menu.
