In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki.
Mine were pretty similar to my COMAT scores. Here are mine in the order I did them. Strongly suggest comquest for COMAT tbh. I think once I did comquest and I got above 100 on all of them and honored FM and EM. 1.
