Eleonora's pole blade scales a bit better with arcane but still not enough to be worth 50 point stat dump. Only put points into arcane if you want to use incantations and use dragon seal to scale the incantations off arcane + get some extra bleed procs. or if you plan on using other weapons and converting their status to blood or occult.

Poleblade is very nice for people who like having a super powerful ace up their sleeve with the weapon art. The charged R2 is also quite good for bleed procs. Honestly, ER does a very good job with build diversity. 95% of builds feel great--I keep finding myself switching up my weapon loadouts, without even respecing.

Eleonora's because it looks the best. Powestancing Twinblades is amazing, the L1 Jump attack does multiple hits and can inflict bleeding nearly instantly. Plus, the Bloodblade Dance skill is fantastic. I right hand Eleanora's, and left hand a +25 Twinblade that does 134 bleed.
