Same issue for me. Even started a new HB FOF and it did the same thing around week 4 of regular season. Same thing just happened to me today. Was a lvl 25, with a CB that was 94 overall and everything reset but only for my League player. My H2H still has my level 25 and my Rep points. It's for when your team is on a short week. Your player is slows for one game. You'll be fine the week after. Just experienced this too, seems like with added boosts it went over “100” and started counting up from zero making me slower than shit.
