Memento is only good so long as you are getting the kills and the trophies. If you're no longer getting them (pvp, group, whatever) then it's terrible. Backpack talent doubles your bonus armor per stack. If you need the extra bonus armor then the backpack is good.The exotic drop from Anderson mission is independent of targeted loot. So, Anderson mission on normal takes the least amount of time and gives a guaranteed exotic. The best part of using Memento is of course having access to T3 shield and armor regen which you won't have with Striker's backpack without sacrificing damage (at which point, why use SB backpack to begin with). For reference, T3 shield with artificer hive will tank 4 shotgun shots from a Hunter on Heroic difficulty.
