Blizzard have turned Mythic+ dungeons off while they try to fix a recent bug. While not explicitly stated, it's likely it's the bug that was allowing players to not only push very high keys very quickly, but even solo them! This seems to be related to NA servers only, as it's an issue with the new patch which hasn't arrived to EU servers yet.
