Nest thermostat offline on app.
Apparently the guy was having issues and they had to put in their own thermostat to finish the job. So I let them despite already owning a 2nd gen Nest thermostat. And unfortunately the Google Home integration sucks. It's always disconnecting. Feels like 2-3 times a week. Eventually it comes back though, although it's currently offline.

I have two thermostats I installed in this new house a couple of weeks ago. In the app, 2-3 time a day they'll go offline. If I go to the thermostat and physically press it, they come back online in the app almost right away. If I leave it and wait like 15 min, they come back online on their own. The battery levels seem fine.
