Oblivion modded graphics.
Go to the folder where Oblivion is installed, find a file called Oblivion_default or something like that. Make a backup of that file and then you open the original file and change which settings you want in there and save it, after you launch the game it shouldn't be necessary for you to change the settings every time you launch the game.

For a very broad gameplay improvement I recommend Mascar's Oblivion Overhaul and also Maskar's other mods. They are very stable, configurable and fun. It also mostly gets rid of annoying Oblivion autoleveling. There's also Av Latta Magicka and Combat Additions, for better combat. My basic setup for graphics is usually: Oblivion Character Overhaul v2. Qarl's Texture Pack III Redimized. Bomeret's Texture Pack for Shivering Isles. Animated Window Lighting System.
