Thaumaturge. I came across the Tamchal Chakram recently and I really like the idea of using a thrown weapon Thaumaturge so I can maybe get more use out of my weapons. What do you all think? Stick with Jezail or go with some sort of Chakram/thrown weapon build? Bonus points if you can help me build one. My character is level 3 right now.

Thaumaturge has a ton of great class feats too. I think this build works best in the rare campaign where you start at a fairly high level. You reduce the burden on ability scores and class feat tax substantially by either just picking up the Sentinel Dedication for a STR build, or using a DEX build and grabbing the Magus Dedicate + Raise a Tome.
