The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) has contracted with PSI to administer its qualifying examinations and to provide those candidates who passed the exam with their new licenses. These licenses are issued only at the PSI Test Centers. Licensing is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
