Yeah, we usually run 2 people with anti-barrier rounds, 1 with overload/unstoppable and someone with either unstoppable melee or overload grenades in case the person who is supposed to be dealing with those can't for whatever reason. For solo I would run anti-barrier rounds + an armour mod to deal with overload/unstoppable champions.
