The DTC sets if the FRP current is not between 50-1600mA. A wire may have been broken during your repair, or possibly smashed under something (grounding out).

I had the code read at Auto Zone. They said it had to do with fuel pressure control/performance. The code #P0089 says the fuel pressure solenoid control circuit voltage is implausible. Or maybe you've got a wiring problem. Check where the harness goes over the FICM/alternator bracket at the front right side of the motor.

If you're getting a p0090 code, that's for the control circuit for the fuel pressure regulator. Check the plug for the regulator to be sure it doesn't have a pin that's pushed out or something, and that its plugged in all the way.
