The Veilbreaker quest gives you an entirely separate segment (which iirc, you have to build) to use archon shards. The archon shard segment is not in the bundle. You got the BP to make it when you did the Veilbreaker quest. You need to build it. There are 3 segments not two: Suggested Loadout: Primary: any weapon with Corrosive Damage, with two Emerald Archon Shards you will fully Armor Strip any enemies.
