Faint line on frer.

Frer faint lines? 10dpo. Chlodd. Jan 11, 2020 7:23PM in Trying to conceive. I toke a test at 9 or 10dpo and had a very faint line on a frer and a boots test. However, I have redone testing since and having negatives on 10miu test and only faint lines on a frer. I'm getting worried as I'm 11dpo and still no definite bfp.I've taken 3 FRER in the past two days and they've come up with a super faint line you have to look twice because it's that faint but it is pink so I'm assuming it's a positive - I took a super drug homebrand test and it came up negative and the test is 10ml sensitive, could it be the first response...I'm afraid I can't make a line out 😟 as the other responses say, test again tomorrow but with FMU. If you have to take a close-up picture and then invert it and stare really hard, it's negative. There is always a faint colourless line visible on a FRER if you look closely. That is the indent line where dye sits if there is a positive.

So I rang up their help line for advice, basically they said that there tests do show a faint line straight away when the urine goes across ( a faint line and a control line) with negatives? Since the cheap tests usually need a higher amount of HCG to detect, I'm hoping this faint positive is a good sign! Like.FRER are the most sensitive tests available - they can detect hcg levels as low as 6 and ive actually known people test positive with levels lower than that. Other brand tests usually start around 15-25 hcg which if hcg doubles every 48 hours are generally 2-3 days later than FRER at showing a BFP. Thanks. Report.

Also had faint line appear again on frer but not really any darker. Both show lines when I inverted on iPhone. Going to doctor today for annual exam.

I've read many stories where they start off at a low hcg but continue to have a healthy pregnancy. I got my first BFP at 13dpo (I ovulated late but know when it was, so my counting was accurate) using a FRER and it was so light that DH could hardly see it.

That's very very faint for being so far past your expected period. Everyone is different but these tests have detected very very low levels of hcg (I'm talking 6). I would honestly get a beta hcg done before telling him, or before getting excited at least.A positive is a positive no matter how faint or dark the line is. That's why they usually tell you to wait a full week after your missed AF to test. Sometimes you ovulate later then expected or implantation can happen plus or minus three days. Congrats and relax! The new frer design is known now for indent lines which look like squinters. Go with your doctors diagnosis. A blood test is more reliable than a at-home. TTC1: May 2015. I'm really sorry but I don't see anything, maybe get a frer or try again in a couple of days. If you can see something it will show up better in a couple of days, sometimes it's difficult for the camera to pick up what your eyes do x. Uploading my 11DPO faint line that went on to a BFP. Indent line on frer is confusing because it might be due to the bad test kit result. Even though you use the First early response test kit, on the second line (test line) a tiny amount of ink may stuck. On the other hand, the during the test the urine starts to evaporate.
