It looks like you're comparing a customized WC order ($3,494) to an uncustomized CS ($2,500). Just comparing the base price of both ($3K vs $2.5K), it's only $500 difference. With Staccato closing the price gap, it now has me looking at the WC's that are already in my LGS.Also worth mentioning - the XC has a 9 lb recoil spring in it. I believe the stock spring was 8 lbs. The safety is good but thats not surprising because the 1911 safety is the best safety there is. Weight wise the Staccato clocks in at ~34oz and the Glock 17 at ~22oz. Don't ever drop the slide on an empty chamber in any 1911 or 2011. It will wreck the trigger job and possibly some of the internals. Also, don't let the hammer drop with the slide off while cleaning.
