Driver window only moving up 1 or 2 inches at a time: As stated elsewhere, modify the reset process by only lowering it just a bit, less than an inch, then raising it and holding the UP button for a few seconds. This did the reset for me and it now lowers and opens automatically all the way.

Whether using passenger side control or driver side control, when we try to raise the window to the top (closed), it gets there but then suddenly lowers to half way. Any time we try to close completely it lowers back down to half way.There's a separate fuse for the power window relay control circuit; it's fuse #26 (7.5 Amps) in the cabin fuse box. It's identified on page 12-7 of the Owners Manual as Power window relay. Remove that fuse and then turn the key to ON and see if the clicking has stopped.
