Ruger Better Pay Attention: 11/15/2016: Just bought a Ruger 10/22 take down rifle. Also bought 2 BX-15 mags. This evening I went to the range. The 10 shot mag worked perfectly. The first 15 round BX worked perfectly, the second 15 round BX failed to load rounds repeatedly. We tried that mag on another Ruger 10/22 and it failed repeatedly.

the stock magazines are identical except for the hold-open step on the II magazine. From what I know, the LCP gen.1 & 2 will work in the II with no last round hold-open. Not sure about IIs working the the LCP 1 or 2. As a matter of fact, my best guess is no. Suspect the same is true of extra capacity mags.
