When turning the controller back on, it reconnects, Ryujinx does detect and adds the controller for a split-second before the controller disconnects. We have tens of thousands of users running Ryujinx perfectly fine on laptops/Windows 10. Given that only you are having this issue, it would suggest it's a configuration issue on your end.
