Jul 17, 2023 · On an Android phone, you need to go to Settings > Wireless Networks > Mobile Network > Network Mode. Or on some versions of Android: Settings > Network & internet > Internet > gear button next to T-Mobile > Preferred network type. On an Android phone, you may need to select your SIM card before choosing Network Mode. Try a different SIM Card.

A few things my cellspot needs to get up and running is: A GPS signal, the proper ports forwarded on my router to the cellspot device, and of course the Internet connection plunged directly into the ethernet port on the cellspot coming from your modem/router.
