Many types / sizes of projects don't require 3d, and it doesn't make sense have the extra cost for licensing, training, hiring etc to use Revit. Revit costs several times more per seat than traditional autocad for just a subsription.

RomanS Font in Revit. I work for a small engineering firm that is going to start using Revit in the next month. Currently all our drawings are created in AutoCAD LT and all text/multi-leaders are in RomanS font. In my efforts to creat a template I cannot get RomanS font to plot dark enough.
