Reshade breaks a lot in ffXIV, needed a lot of effort, and the ui was worse and harder to customize. Like 4 months ago went back to Gshade after my like 6th install of reshade breaking presets. Looked into it and the bad actor was long gone and was working fine so I gave it another try. Be sure to use the Reshade version which supports Addons (so the unsigned version). When you start your game, the Addons tab in the Reshade gui should show the ReshadeEffectShaderToggler information and controls. To create a toggle for a set of shaders, open the reshade gui and go to the addon's tab -> Reshade Effect Shader Toggler area. Just delete the dxd9/dxd11 DLL file in your game folder. That should disable it. If you want, you can also delete the “dxgi” file and the reshade folder, but it’s not necessary. Thanks!
