The code only ever seems to trip when you have been working it hard in the upper throttle range. While out riding we found some snow and I was pushing it pretty hard to get through when it tripped this code. It did it twice, and only while working it fairly hard for about 1 min. Normal riding it doesn't seem to show up.

scybuch. I had the same code, mine was a voltage issue. When I was running too many accessories the voltage would drop down to 10 volts and cause this code. I do have the dual battery setup. Voltage is 12.5 across the battery terminals of both batteries at rest. 14.02 & 14.04 on each battery at idle. 13.92 Volts at pulse bar at idle.

I checked the fuse and tried swapping the relay out. Tried disconnecting the battery for a period of time. Took a 3hr drive around, cycled the key on and off several times.
