All of my trapper saddles give the same -50% drain rate to stamina, the same that the stirrups did anyway. So with the +2 to speed and acceleration the trapper saddles all give you the stats from the best stirrups. In addition you get the nice boost to the - core drain rate on both stamina and health and the + to regen rate on stamina.
